We offer (3) three, (6) six, (9) nine, and (24) hours packages for continuing education approved by the GEORGIA Real Estate Commission. These classes are offered through our association with CompuTaught here in Atlanta, Georgia and are approved by GREC (Georgia Real Estate Commission).

Sales Post-License and Continuing Education Course

June 6 - 2011
8:45 AM - 1:00 PM

This fast-paced, high-energy learning environment meets three (3) mornings each week for six weeks; Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays 8:45 am - 1:00 pm. A course designed to teach you how to build your business on purpose. Providing both 25 hours of post license credit and 24 hours of continuing education credits, this program includes daily dialogue practice, prospecting and action workshops. This course will equip you with listing, selling, negotiating, and follow-up skills. Current Real Estate Trends are tracked; Technology and SocialNetworking are practiced. The primary instructor for this course is Tim Lennon. There are additional guest instructors. In order to receive post license credit you must be on time and present for the entire course and you must pass your post license final exam with a passing score being 75% or better.

Introduction to Power Point
July 19, 2011-  1:30 - 4:20 pm  The objective of the course is to enable attendees to compose, create, edit and run marketing slide shows for listing presentations, open house promotions and new business promo presentations. Attendees will learn how to navigate within the PowerPoint program to edit slides, speaker notes and to move or delete slides from a presentation. You will also learn how to create a new slide show and how to use the design templates. Learn this and much more.  3 hours of C.E.

A Realtor's Leasing Overview - Protecting the Landlord and Tenant
May 31st, 2011- 10 am - 12pm (1 hr lunch) 1:00 - 3:00 pm (Both sessions required for completion)
At the conclusion of this course attendees will be able to provide information and lead a discussion on the benefits/drawbacks of "leasing only" or placing a home in a property management situation.  Agents will also be able to ensure that all forms are completed to provide the maximum protection for a homeowner/tenant.  The participants will also be able to illustrate the benefits of leasing and how this can potentially avoid a short sale or foreclosure situation for a homeowner.  They will also learn how to generate potential buyers for those owners that have found themselves landlords by "default".  This course is required for agents that want to list properties for Lease.  PLEASE NOTE: this clss is open ONLY to active sales associates with Coldwell Banker.  This class is also approved by the GREC for 3 hours of ce.
